3D Modeling

Analyst XR™ allows you to generate a 3D model of the pipe or vessel from multiple scans. The software automatically stitches together scans to create a detailed and comprehensive model, which can be exported for external viewing or further analysis.

Reporting

Generating reports is fast and easy with Analyst XR™. Create and save customizable templates unique to each job, efficiently producing repeatable reports. Drag and drop elements such as scan data, screenshots, minimum points, textboxes, and logos onto the report. Customize fonts, colors, and sizes to meet specific customer needs.

Re-Gating

The re-gating function allows you to re-gate a single point, region, or the entire scan to eliminate interference and get the most accurate scan map possible. Gates are easy to manipulate and can be adjusted simply by clicking and dragging, modifying the length, height, and curvature for the most effective gate.

Real-Time View

Monitor data in real-time as the scanner maps corrosion, allowing you to make adjustments to the gain during the scan for optimal results.

Minimum Points

Analyst XR™ automatically scans a grid of data to find the thinnest points on the vessel, grouping similar points to exclude outliers. Use function keys to scroll through minimum points and save screenshots for the final report.

Repositioning

Pause and resume scans seamlessly, allowing you to reposition the scanner if an obstruction is encountered, and continue scanning from the new position.
