ScanTech warrants all new scanner systems and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original invoice date for manufactured products. This warranty applies to products used within their intended design parameters and maintained according to ScanTech’s care guidelines.
In the event of a verified defect, ScanTech will, at its discretion:
All warranty repairs are covered for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or for the remainder of the original warranty period—whichever is longer.
To request service under warranty, customers must:
ScanTech is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. Unless otherwise authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from ScanTech. For verified manufacturing defects, ScanTech may choose to cover return shipping.
This warranty does not cover:

Products not manufactured by ScanTech (including items manufactured for ScanTech) are not covered under this warranty. Warranty claims for these items must be directed to the original manufacturer.

Important: No assessment or service will begin until a Repair Request Form has been submitted and an RA number has been provided.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from ScanTech unless otherwise authorized. For verified manufacturing defects, ScanTech may cover return shipping at its discretion.
