Trapped Carriage Width error message from SBC and show warning dialog for clarity.

Added ability to Heal data if possible. Requires 3 gate setup echo to echo. When gate 2 is not broken the algorithm attempts to use interface to G1 TOF modified statistically for delta between G1-G2 TOF and IF-G1 TOF. This will help fill in some data when echo to echo is required but signal return is difficult to achieve.
